A technology and robotics company built inside a working industrial operation.
Most industrial software is written by people who have never stood on a scale, watched a blend go off-spec, or waited on a settlement that nobody can reconcile. We build from the other direction: we run the operations, we feel the gaps, and then we engineer the fix — end to end, from database schema to mounted hardware.

How we work
Operators first, engineers always.
We are not a consultancy that hands over a deck. We build, deploy, operate and maintain — and we are usually the first users of what we ship.
Start at the process
Before any code, we work the actual process — the lane, the blend, the settlement run — and find where the money and the time are leaking. Requirements come from the ground, not from a workshop.
Build it properly, once
Typed contracts, real migrations, automated deployment and monitoring from day one. We would rather spend a week on the schema than a year on the workarounds.
Run it in anger
We deploy into our own operations first wherever we can. A system that survives a shift change, a dead network and a disputed ticket is a system worth selling.
Own the whole stack
Database to dashboard, and increasingly sensor to actuator. When software and hardware are designed together, the integration problems that usually kill these projects simply do not appear.
Instrument everything
If it moves material or money, it gets measured and recorded. Auditability is not a feature we add later — it is how the data model is shaped in the first place.
Stay in the field
We keep drones in the air and boots on the pad. The survey, the site selection and the route study are part of the engineering, not a separate service we buy in.
