Autonomous solutions
Autonomy for trucking, mining and construction.
We build the perception, positioning and control systems that let heavy equipment operate with less human exposure — on the highway, in the pit and on the job site.
Rather than wait for a purpose-built autonomous fleet, we engineer onto the machines that already do the work. Sensor packages mount to standard equipment, and around them we build the positioning, simulation, calibration and actuation work needed to move from data collection toward supervised autonomy.
The three environments demand different things. Highway trucking is a high-speed, well-mapped problem dominated by other traffic. Mine haulage is a private-road problem where the site controls the rules and the payoff is round-the-clock cycles. Construction and earthmoving are unstructured and change hour to hour, which puts the emphasis on close-range perception and precise implement control. We treat them as one engineering stack applied to three different operating pictures.
- Sensor packages — ranging, imaging and inertial hardware in purpose-designed, serviceable housings that survive the environment.
- Positioning & localisation — corrected, tightly-coupled positioning for lane-level and implement-level accuracy.
- Perception simulation — sensor return modelling across load and machine configurations before hardware is committed.
- Actuation — steering, throttle, brake and implement interfaces on production drivetrains.
- Remote supervision — one operator overseeing several machines, with the handover paths designed in.
- Site & fleet integration — autonomous cycles tied into dispatch, loadout and the operational record.
- Safety case & compliance — the regulatory and assurance route mapped alongside the engineering.

Applications
Where it applies
Trucking
On-highway and private-road haulage — corridor operation, yard and terminal movement, and the long repetitive runs where fatigue and turnover cost the most.
Mining
Haul cycles, pit and dump operation, water and support vehicles. A controlled private site with a fixed route network is the most tractable setting for autonomy, and the one with the clearest return.
Construction
Earthmoving and material handling — dozers, loaders and excavators working an unstructured site, where precise implement control matters as much as navigation.
