Accessibility Statement

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We are describing an intention and an ongoing effort here, not claiming a certified audit — we have not had one.

What we have done

• Content works without JavaScript — text and structure are present in the HTML. Scroll animations are an enhancement, and the page is fully readable if they never run.
• Reduced motion is respected — if your system asks for reduced motion, animations and looping video are disabled.
• Keyboard navigation — there is a skip-to-content link, navigation menus open on keyboard focus, and interactive elements have visible focus styles.
• Navigation without hover — menus can be opened by tap or keyboard, not hover alone.
• Semantic structure — landmarks, ordered headings and lists, so screen readers can navigate the page.
• Described diagrams — each process diagram carries a text description of what it shows.
• Decorative video is hidden from assistive tech — the aerial footage is silent and marked decorative, so it is not announced.
• Responsive and zoomable — the layout reflows to small screens and does not scroll sideways.

Known limitations

• Diagram detail — our animated diagrams convey their meaning through a text description rather than a fully navigable structure. A complex diagram is summarised, not exhaustively transcribed.
• Aerial footage — the video is decorative and silent, so it has no captions. Nothing is communicated only by video.
• No formal audit — we have tested with keyboard navigation, reduced-motion settings and structural checks, but the site has not been independently audited or tested with every assistive technology.
