The Site is informational

The Site describes our capabilities and the categories of system we build. It is provided for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation, a warranty of any particular capability, or a commitment to deliver any specific outcome.

Descriptions of systems, hardware and methods are general. Any actual scope, specification, performance figure, timeline or price is set out only in a signed written agreement.

No professional or engineering advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes engineering, safety, regulatory, legal or financial advice, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified assessment of your own facts. Industrial, autonomous and pressurised systems are hazardous; decisions about them require competent, situation-specific engineering and compliance review.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, layout, code, diagrams, imagery, aerial footage, and the Explore Technologies name and logo — is owned by Explore Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights reserved.

You may view the Site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, frame, sell, or use our content or marks, or create derivative works, without our prior written permission. No licence is granted by implication.

Acceptable use

Applicable law

We operate from the United States and make this Site available internationally. We intend these Terms to operate consistently with applicable law in the United States and, where it applies to you, in the European Union and United Kingdom — including consumer and data protection rights that cannot be contracted away.

Any specific engagement between us is governed by the law and forum stated in the signed agreement for that engagement, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.
